Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Wasl AI. Written to be read rather than skipped: what you may do, what we owe you, and what neither of us can promise.
01The agreement
By creating an account or using Wasl AI you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. The service is operated by Taha Abdelrahman, reachable at support@hotwasl.tech.
02Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and give an email address you actually control.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done with an API key you generated.
- Keep your password and API keys to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think either has been exposed.
- One person, one account. Do not create accounts to work around credit limits.
03Acceptable use
Do not use Wasl AI to:
- Break the law, or help somebody else break it.
- Reach systems you have no permission to reach, scan for weaknesses, or route traffic somewhere to disguise where it came from.
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, or scrape a site in violation of its terms.
- Generate material that sexualises minors, incites violence, or harasses a person or group.
- Impersonate somebody else, or misrepresent automated output as human.
- Mine cryptocurrency, or otherwise use flow execution as a source of raw compute.
- Deliberately overload the service, or try to escape the sandbox that runs the JavaScript node.
You are responsible for the automations you build and their consequences. An automation that acts on your behalf is still your action.
04Credits, plans and billing
- Every workspace gets 5,000 credits per month on the free plan. Credits pay for orchestration work the platform performs for you.
- Attach your own model key and AI nodes on that key cost zero credits. Your key means your bill with that provider, and their pricing is theirs to set.
- Credits do not carry over between periods and have no cash value. They cannot be transferred or refunded.
- Paid plans are published on the Pricing page but no payment processor is connected yet, so no charge can currently be made and no card details can be taken. When billing goes live, prices, tax treatment and refund terms will be stated before anyone is asked to pay.
05Who owns what
You own your content: the flows you build, the data you put in and the results that come out. Nothing here transfers ownership of them to us, and we do not use them to train models.
We grant you the limited permission to store and run that content on the service so the service can work at all — the storage, execution and display needed to deliver it back to you, and nothing beyond that.
We own the software, the interface, the name and the marks. Templates published in the gallery may be installed and modified inside the product freely.
06Availability
The service is provided as it is, without an uptime guarantee. It may be unavailable for maintenance, for a deployment, or because something broke. Scheduled triggers depend on an external scheduler and are not guaranteed to fire at an exact moment.
A run has a ceiling of five minutes; a run that exceeds it is stopped. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose — export what matters rather than relying on the run history as a backup.
07Third-party services
Flows reach outside the product on your instruction: model providers, APIs you call, Slack workspaces you post to. Those services have their own terms and their own prices, and we are not responsible for what they do, how they change, or what they charge. If one of them is unavailable, the affected node fails and the run reports it.
08No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Language models make mistakes with complete confidence. Do not treat model output as verified fact, and do not wire an automation into a decision with legal, medical, financial or safety consequences without a human checking the result first.
09Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for lost profits or revenue, or for lost or corrupted data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the greater of what you paid for the service in the previous twelve months or fifty US dollars.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service whenever you like, and can have your account and its data erased by writing to support@hotwasl.tech.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other users at risk, or that we are legally required to act against. Where circumstances allow, you will be told why and given a chance to export your data first. Serious abuse may be acted on immediately.
11Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product develops. The date at the top of the page changes, and material changes are announced by email to account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, and disputes belong to the competent courts there, without prejudice to consumer protections you enjoy where you live that cannot be contracted away.
Before starting any formal dispute, please write to support@hotwasl.tech. Almost everything is faster to resolve by email.
